The app and any guidance are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Marking tasks complete in the app does not delete any of your actual data.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the optional backend service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
